Email hello@locusatlas.app. Include your iOS version and what you were doing when something went wrong — that is usually enough to work it out.
Your data
Locus has no accounts and no server. Saved places, collections and private notes live only on your iPhone, so they cannot be recovered from us if the app is deleted. Use Export in the menu to keep a copy. “Clear data” in the menu erases everything Locus has stored.
Location
The Nearby tab asks for location the first time you open it. If you decline, everything else keeps working — you can change your mind in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › Locus.
Places and coverage
This edition covers Geneva, Switzerland. Place data comes from the Overture Maps Foundation; if a place is wrong, closed or missing, email the details and it will be corrected in the next edition.
